I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. My room had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, I faced challenges with hidden fees that added to my disappointment.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Charlotte. The location was absolutely convenient for my needs, especially for getting to the nearby hospital. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, though the breakfast spread could use a bit more variety. Overall, a good experience that I would definitely repeat! 😊

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my time there. however, I faced some issues with noise disturbance from the neighboring room and a rather loud air conditioning unit. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the breakfast buffet definitely stood out, offering a good variety. Overall, while there were aspects I enjoyed, the noise and room size left some room for improvement.
